  • Quantitative and qualitative (possible claims according to European legislation) intention formula
  • Pre-sourcing of the raw materials for the intention formula (time and cost) according to the indications of the European legislation and the plant decree in force in France
  • Calculation of a cost price according to the target price

Phase 2: Feasibility

2 months
  • Final formula quantitative (percentages in TDI and specific indications) and qualitative (possible claims according to European legislation: authorized and pending claims)
  • Sourcing of raw materials
  • Constitution of the regulatory file.
  • Choice of the final packaging
  • Technical feasibility including 1 test on 2 flavors in a first step then 1 final lab test for settings including raw materials used and test production. (Organoleptic choice...)
  • Shipping of the samples
  • Retroplanning with availability date
  • Export document: CVL / Certex

Phase 3: Validation tank

3 months
  • Procurement of raw materials
  • Production of the premix
  • Production of a tank in industrial process conditions
  • Verification and analysis of organoleptic aspects: taste, colour, shape
