Morosil™: a blood orange extract (Citrus sinensis) valued for its use in formulations designed for weight management and nutritional balance.

Proven efficacy in humans*
In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial (400 mg/day for 12 weeks), supplementation led to a significant reduction in BMI as early as 4 weeks, as well as a decrease in body weight, waist circumference and hip circumference (Cardile et al., 2015 – Natural Product Research).
These results were confirmed in a 6-month clinical study. Participants receiving the supplement experienced significantly greater weight loss than those on placebo, as well as a reduction in total, visceral and subcutaneous fat mass. Liver function parameters remained within normal limits, confirming the product’s good tolerability (Briskey et al., 2022 – Nutrients).
A targeted mechanism of action
